Unresponsive male found blue and vomiting at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near South Topeka Avenue in Carbondale for a reportedly unresponsive 50-year-old man who appeared blue, had been vomiting, and was urinating. The reporting person said the man had tried to fight her, so law enforcement was also sent to the scene.
