here's what so messed up about this... over the summer I had a random conversation with a man at the thrift store who works for Mercy. He was a carry-on from Southeast and he told me he that there was a problem with the elevator and that Mercy was so far in debt they couldn't afford to fix it. Now months later here we are! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
