Child reported hitting and biting people at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a residence near West 4th Street in Canton for a report of a young child who was reportedly hitting and biting people and would not stop. The caller also stated the child was taken to a medical facility the previous day, but staff there could not assist with the situation.
