Illegal outdoor fire reported on East Myrtle Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel were sent to the area near North Fourth Avenue and East Birch Street after a caller reported smoke and an orange glow that appeared to be an illegal burn. The fire was located near East Myrtle Street and was reported as being extinguished.
