Suspicious man in U-Haul at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on Morgantown Street for a report of a suspicious man who had been parked in a U-Haul truck for about an hour, reportedly leaving and returning while asking about someone. The man was described as roughly 6 feet tall, wearing a light-colored shirt and dark pants.
