Officers investigate suspicious caller near Lex and Ball

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a suspicious situation near Lexington and Ball Road. A caller from a nearby business repeatedly reported a person in the area and appeared to be following radio traffic on a scanner. Units, including a K9 team and a drone, searched nearby roads and contacted the caller near a church to determine his involvement.
