Elderly man with COPD faces breathing issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical response team was dispatched to a location near Crater Road in Camas Valley for an elderly male experiencing a serious health episode. The individual was reportedly in and out of consciousness, suffering from shortness of breath alongside pre-existing conditions such as COPD and kidney failure. There was an additional note on the patient's oxygen levels decreasing.
