Neighbor reported for shooting dog in roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported weapons complaint near Westside Rd in the Camas Valley area after a caller said a neighbor shot the caller’s dog while it was in the road and then approached the caller in a side-by-side vehicle.
