Neighbor grabs golf cart and yells in street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near the 9400 block of 250th Street by Wisconsin 28. Later, officers were sent to a home on South 8th Street where a complainant reported a neighbor had grabbed his golf cart and yelled at him. The involved parties were reported to be separated.
