Intoxicated woman needs medical evaluation

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a highly intoxicated adult woman on Fieldcrest Drive who was in need of a medical evaluation. An officer was sent to the scene, and responders were requested to approach without lights and sirens.
