Welfare check requested for unreachable resident, Burns OR

00:00

Can you do a welfare check at (number withheld) Paradise Road?

RP has not had contact with the individual in about six months to a year, finding it hard to get a hold of him, and he has no family in town.

Could you send me the RP's information as well as the name of the individual I'm doing a welfare check on?
