60-year-old man with stroke symptoms in Burns apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to an apartment near East A Street in Burns for a man in his 60s who appeared to be ill, with loss of mobility and appetite and possible stroke symptoms. Fire personnel were also requested to assist.
