Suspicious U-Haul van reported near American Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic discusses a possible suspicious white U-Haul style van that reportedly pulled out in front of another vehicle near Cresaptown while traveling between Routes 28 and 220. Units later report the vehicle parked near the first house on the left off American Avenue in the Burlington area.
