Dogs attack cat in roadway at Burlington intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, animal control is dispatched to an area near East Fairhaven Avenue and North Regent Street for a report that a woman with three dogs may have attacked a cat, which appears to be dead and moved out of the roadway.
