Welfare check on two children at Burden daycare

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a request from an outside police agency for a welfare check on two juveniles at a daycare near South Oak Street. The children were reportedly dropped off there by their mother, and their father, who lives in another city, requested that officers check on them.
