Accidental 911 call with construction noise

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers handled an open 911 call with construction noises and normal conversation heard in the background near Ponderosa Drive in Burbank. Follow-up calls suggested there was no apparent distress and the incident was closed as an apparent accidental call.
