typical Behavior and it's South Park so it's not the hood so yeah but they could be Hoodrats though but that that's what people do who are bad people or just trashy people or low value people you should never assault anybody for any reason find this person lock them up incarcerate them and lock them up that's it or maybe they have a mental illness they can't control themselves we need to build more prisons and that's it not close prison but put people in prison they don't know how to act tired of people acting uncivilies towards each other driving two of you see somebody that you're driving erratically just don't stop them and give them a ticket take away their car under the RICO Act you can take away their car and play some in jail and maybe get them fired from their job or evicted from their house or foreclose on their mortgage
