Man with breathing and low blood pressure issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched for a possible breathing problem at a residence on Smith Hollow Road in Juniata Township, and for a separate medical emergency involving a seventy-eight-year-old man feeling clammy with low blood pressure at a church on Duncan Hall Road. Additional responders and an EMT were requested.
