Low utility line across Allegheny Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews reported a possible road hazard on Allegheny Road near O'Brien Road, where a low utility or fence line is hanging across Route 31 below tractor trailer height. The tree blocking the roadway was removed, and authorities were asked to notify the appropriate agency.
