Child suffers serious bleeding from dog bite in Buchanan

As discussed during the dispatch call, a six-year-old male suffered a bleeding arm injury from a dog bite near Bridge Street South. The dog was secured. The bleeding is considered serious, but the individual is responsive and has no deformity.
