Loud party and bonfire reported on Berrien Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a loud party near Berrien Street in Buchanan. The caller indicated the gathering was a couple of houses to the south. Responding units arrived and investigated what appeared to be a possible bonfire.
