Accidental open line call on Morgan Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an apparent accidental open line call from a location near Morgan Road in Buchanan, Georgia. A man reported he was helping a friend at her residence and the call appears to have been placed unintentionally while they were playing with shoes.
