Debris reported on northbound Route 5 near Saratoga

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of debris in the roadway along northbound Route 5 near Saratoga Lane in Bryantown, Maryland. The item appeared to be a black trash bag on the side of the road and State Highway was notified to check the area.
