He responded for a 64-year-old male traumatic injury victim of a fall resulting from a seizure. It does look like he bit his lip. He's bleeding from that. He's also bleeding from a cut above his eye. All the bleeding is controlled. She can see a bruise on his shin. and it's bleeding in a little bit and he keeps grabbing it. She's advising that he does have a history of seizures. He fell down approximately 13 steps when he did fall from having that seizure. She advised he did have a valve replacement in his heart. No other major medical history.
