Officers check 911 hang-up with possible family dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a 911 hang-up from a residence near Washington Street in Brookings. The caller sounded out of breath and gave no information before disconnecting, and a brief sound of a female possibly groaning was heard in the background. Deputies were sent to check on a possible domestic or family-related disturbance at the location.
