BOLO: Missing person with dementia last seen on I-40 near Brownsville

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a BOLO for a missing person from Iowa (name withheld) who reportedly has dementia. The subject was last known to be on Interstate 40 outside Brownsville, Tennessee, possibly heading toward Memphis, and may be in a red 2015 Chevy Traverse with an Iowa plate (number withheld).
