Two-car rear-end crash at Market Street and Fifth

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a possible two-vehicle rear-end crash near Market Street and Fifth Avenue in Brownsville Borough. One woman was reportedly shaken up, and another person appeared to be under the influence, but no injuries were reported. Both vehicles were off the roadway near a local bank.
