Home is being under repairs and say someone broke in, the apartment doors are open. He believes someone is inside. No clue, but he believes someone's inside. (name withheld) was going to Vine Street. Three hours ago, he noticed a backpack when he went in to check on his property. Then when he came down to see it, the backpack was gone. And now he came back and he might have heard something, but he didn't see anybody going in. He doesn't know what anybody was there.
