Suspicious woman taking photos on Second Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious woman repeatedly driving by and taking photos near Second Street in Broadway. She reportedly claimed to work for a mortgage company but could not provide identification or a company name and was last seen about five minutes earlier in a dark Subaru Forester with a dog sticker.
