Man with facial cuts and heavy intoxication aided

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Broadwater responded to a 20-year-old man with facial injuries and apparent heavy alcohol intoxication behind a church near 6th and Main streets. The individual was conscious and breathing when responders arrived.
