Car hits construction area and leaves with cone stuck

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that a silver four-door Honda Civic apparently struck part of a construction zone on Wallings Road, then continued south on I-77, exiting at Miller Road and heading toward Route 21 with a traffic cone stuck under the car. The caller later lost sight of the vehicle, and an advisory was issued to nearby units including Brecksville.
