Disabled vehicle on Route 24 south near Pleasant Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible disabled vehicle in the middle lane on Route 24 south near the Pleasant Street overpass just south of Route 495 in the Bridgewater area. The vehicle was moved to the breakdown lane and assistance for a possible jump start was requested.
