We're en route from Morrill County Community Hospital to Medical Center of the Rockies with a 50-year-old male patient who had a positive stress test early this morning.

Ongoing chest pain for about a week now.

He also did have a couple rounds of detox that were included with that stress test.

Currently he is stable for us.

Heart rate 81, blood pressure 140 over 84, 92 to 94% on room air, awake alert.

And oriented, chest pain free.

He did receive a couple doses of metoprolol prior to our arrival and some baby aspirin.

We don't have any concerns at this time.
