Reckless driver reported on M-75 and US-131

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a silver Volkswagen reportedly driving recklessly on M-75 between Boyne City and Walloon, then continuing northbound on US-131 toward the Emmet County line, including passing many vehicles at once and nearly entering a construction area without stopping.
