Reckless passing by silver Volkswagen on M-75

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a silver Volkswagen driving recklessly on M-75 between Boyne City and Walloon Lake, allegedly passing many vehicles at once and nearly entering a construction site without stopping, before continuing northbound on US-131 near the Emmet County line.
