Elderly male with brain tumor altered mental state

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible medical emergency near Browns Creek Road involving an elderly man reportedly with a brain tumor and altered mental state who appeared combative. Deputies were notified and responded to the scene.
