Agitated man digging hole in front yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a residence near Highway 9 of a man digging a hole in the front yard and reportedly yelling. The caller stated her husband, described as a military veteran, was extremely agitated and she requested deputies to come deal with him before the call was disconnected.
