Domestic disturbance and welfare check at apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance at an apartment complex on Trooper Lane in Ukiah. A reporting party in one apartment heard loud banging and a woman screaming from a neighboring unit and requested a welfare check.
