Report of two lost children in Boone neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a little boy and a little girl who appeared to be lost near South Clinton Street and First Street in Boone County. The caller later indicated the children may have been headed toward a house at the northeast corner of the intersection.
