Person falls, hits head and bleeds at North Allen St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near North Allen Street in Bonne Terre for a possible medical emergency after a person reportedly fell from a standing position, hit their head and face, and had bleeding from the nose with some breathing difficulty.
