All agencies and units on LA South Command. Special attention to CHP. Subject just entered the freeway on his bicycle, standby. Subject went northbound on the 125. Northbound 805 from Bonita Road. He is a suspect in a possible arson[1] that we're looking for. Again, subject riding a bicycle. He's a male adult, about 30 years old, six foot named (name withheld). He's wearing a black baseball helmet. He does have a shaved head. He's wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, military style pants, and black boots. Again, riding northbound on the freeway. He entered the on-ramp northbound 805 from Bonita. CHP 104[2]. Please be copy.
