Domestic dispute involving knife and children present

Dispatch reports a domestic disturbance at a home near South Highway 247 off Azalea. A man on scene is causing problems and was reported to have held a knife to his own throat. Two young children, about three and six years old, are present. The female caller says she slapped the male several times. The man believes he is being watched by law enforcement and wants to speak with a high-ranking official. Responding units and medical personnel are directed to the scene, and the man is later reported outside wearing a jacket, black shirt, tan pants, and white shoes. A related domestic disturbance is also reported at a nearby Circle K involving a man in a ski mask and a woman, with a physical altercation outside and a vehicle described as a black Nissan with a dealer tag. The woman is later parked near a Fish and Chicken restaurant.
