Screaming heard before 911 call disconnects

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible verbal disturbance near Peter Street after a 911 caller was heard screaming before the call disconnected. A different person later answered a callback and said everything was fine, but the situation was treated as suspicious and in need of a welfare check.
