Person found barely breathing after pill ingestion

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a welfare check at a residence on Mines Road for an adult woman who was previously found face down and barely breathing after reportedly taking pills. She was apparently discharged from care recently and crisis workers have been unable to reach her.
