bloomington is soft on crime tuff on the homeless

I also feel that they should be building places for the homeless people and also not providing needles for them to exchange when they turn in their used ones. That’s just telling them it’s okay to use illegally and that’s what is also causing them to overdose. They are choosing that instead of trying to get a home a job and do something positive with their life’s. I wish Bloomington would take it more seriously when a person overdoses on something that’s illegal instead of letting them free after they get discharged from the hospital from an overdose. They end up doing it all over again. The ones that are homeless they’re out there because they don’t have a positive role model to look up to and they are so use to what they’re doing now even it’s so cold right now and they still rather be outside. It really breaks my heart there homeless and with their addictions they let get in the way of them possibly finding a home a job. Praying for those homeless
