Car using blue light to stop another vehicle on Highway H

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible impersonator vehicle on Highway H near Blodgett, where a black car with silver rims and a Florida license plate was flashing a blue light at another car as if to stop it. Deputies are heading to the area to try to intercept the vehicle.
