Homeless people reported breaking into vacant lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported burglary involving homeless individuals entering a vacant lot near Turner Road and nearby highways. A white Cadillac parked on a hill above a mobile home was reported as possibly involved and located on the property.
