Possible stroke reported for elderly male on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units respond to a priority medical call for a 79-year-old man with possible stroke symptoms near West Highway 55. The patient reportedly fell from standing, has a history of high blood pressure, and is having trouble getting up and responding normally.
