Abandoned boat reported near Fox Island sandbar

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of an apparent abandoned boat on a sandbar in the river near Fox Island in Bismarck. Units searched the area and later learned the owner was on the way to retrieve the stranded boat, leading to cancellation of responding units.
