Reckless driving on Highway 84 near Finch Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a reckless driver in an older gray Toyota Corolla on Highway 84 near Finch Road, reportedly with boys hanging out of the windows and throwing trash. Units searched along Highway 84 between Highway 7, Beeton Creek Road, and toward Point Cedar and Melvern in an effort to locate the vehicle.
